Junk That Crosses the Line — I think we’d all agree that junk mail can be annoying. But when new homebuyers get mail offering protection and maintenance services with our name on it, that crosses the line.
We want to remind you and your clients that First Class Mortgage respects our customers’ privacy. The line we simply will never cross is selling the personal information of our customers.
The truth is home sale and refinance transactions become public. If our logo appears on an offer for life insurance or home security systems, it means those businesses have searched Public Records for information they can use, including our name, borrower’s name, property address, loan amount and more.
Some companies may claim that they are affiliated with First Class Mortgage. They may even include our logo on their mailers. They are not associated with us and not authorized to use our logo in their advertising.
